These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, materials, and allocation review process operated by Arcstone Technologies ("Arcstone", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or submitting an allocation review request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Arcstone Technologies is a private capital allocation programme. We are not a bank, a registered investment fund, a collective investment scheme, or a regulated financial adviser. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or invitation to invest, nor does it constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
Access to the Arcstone allocation programme is by application and review only. Arcstone reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Submission of a review request does not create any contractual relationship and does not guarantee acceptance.
Applicants must be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence and must have the legal capacity to enter into financial arrangements. Arcstone does not knowingly accept applications from residents of jurisdictions where participation in this type of programme would be unlawful.
Arcstone provides a systematic, algorithmically-driven trading execution service applied to individual client trading accounts held with a regulated third-party brokerage partner. Arcstone does not, at any point, take custody of, pool, commingle, or hold client funds. Each client's capital remains in an account held in their own name, at all times, with full client control over deposits and withdrawals.
Arcstone's role is limited to the execution of trades via a copy-trading structure connecting an Arcstone-operated master account to individual client accounts, in accordance with the risk tier selected by the client.
Arcstone charges a performance fee calculated as a percentage of net trading gains generated within a defined invoicing period. No performance fee is charged on periods of net loss. A fixed account hosting fee may also apply, as disclosed to the client prior to onboarding. All fee arrangements will be confirmed in writing with each client individually.
Trading in leveraged financial instruments, including but not limited to spot gold (XAUUSD) and contracts for difference (CFDs), carries a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital. Past performance, including the performance figures presented on this website, is not indicative of future results.
Each risk tier offered by Arcstone carries a defined maximum drawdown threshold, enforced by an automated equity protector at the account level. Notwithstanding this protector, clients acknowledge that trading losses can occur rapidly and that no risk management system eliminates the possibility of loss.
Performance figures published on this website are derived from the independently tracked master account and are verified via Myfxbook, a third-party performance verification service. Individual client account performance will vary according to the risk tier selected, the timing of deposits and withdrawals, and broker-specific execution factors, and may differ materially from the figures presented.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcstone Technologies, its principals, and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, participation in the allocation programme, or reliance on any information presented, including trading losses incurred in a client's own brokerage account.
Either party may terminate the arrangement at any time. Clients retain the ability to withdraw funds from their own brokerage account and disconnect from the copy-trading structure at their discretion, subject to the standard withdrawal terms of the brokerage partner.
Arcstone may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or participation in the programme following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
